Wealth Enhancement Group, an independent wealth management firm with more than $70.8 billion in total client assets, has announced that three of its financial advisors have been named to the Forbes 2023 ranking of Top Next Gen Best-In-State Wealth Advisors.

  1. Nicole Webb - #31 - Plymouth, Minnesota
  2. Nate Hanft - #36 - Hagerstown, Maryland
  3. Patrick Bobbins - #36 - Charlotte, North Carolina

Since its inception in 2017, this prestigious list aims to acknowledge exceptional financial advisors, particularly those who are considered up-and-coming professionals, also known as the Next-Gen, and are under the age of 40. Having weathered various market cycles, these advisors possess extensive experience and maintain strong relationships with their clients, often representing multiple generations. As a result, they are recognized as some of the most accomplished professionals in the field of wealth management.

Chief Executive Officer of Wealth Enhancement Group, Jeff Dekko, said, “I am pleased and honored to announce that Nicole Webb, Nate Hanft, and Patrick Bobbins have been selected for Forbes 2023 Top Next Gen Best-in-State Wealth Advisors ranking. This recognition truly reflects their commitment to their clients, the industry, and their profession. The team at Wealth Enhancement Group takes pride in having them as colleagues, and we anticipate great success for both them and their clients in the future.”

About the Selection Process

The Forbes Next-Gen Wealth Advisors rankings, developed by SHOOK Research, is based on an algorithm of qualitative criterion—mostly gained through telephone, virtual, and in-person due diligence interviews—and quantitative data. Those advisors that are considered have a minimum of four years' experience, and the algorithm weighs factors like revenue trends, assets under management, compliance records, industry experience and those that encompass the highest standards of best practices. Portfolio performance is not a criterion due to varying client objectives and lack of audited data. Neither Forbes nor SHOOK receive a fee in exchange for rankings.
