Nicole’s career in financial services to-date has focused on strategic initiatives. She does this by aligning progress with meeting goals and achieving benchmarks. She analyzes goals and data, ensuring follow-through and maintaining the momentum needed to drive company initiatives. She will continue to showcase these abilities in her role as Operations Director with Wealth Enhancement Group. Nicole joined Wealth Enhancement Group in 2022 through the Hawkins Wealth Management acquisition. Nicole lives with her husband, Joe, and dog, Kuma, in Tiffin, IA. As self-proclaimed foodies, they enjoy traveling all over in search of their next great meal. They enjoy spending time outdoors playing pickleball, biking, golfing, or working in the garden.
