Steve has been practicing wealth management since 2013. He spent many years focused on helping executives from the Biopharma Industry in Boston. He noticed that because of the industry’s fast pace and growing complexity, it is often difficult for professionals to properly plan for their personal goals. 

Daniel began his career in financial services through an internship that developed into a permanent position within the organization. His focus has been in international equities and alternative investments, which gives him a specialized perspective when creating investment proposals, researching possible investment opportunities and analyzing new and current investment strategies. Daniel lives in Laurel, Maryland with his wife and son.

Alex is a committed CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional that strives to deliver personalized advice and proactive service to help his clients work towards financial independence. The extensive experience he has gained building retirement income models and marrying Social Security, tax, investment, and distribution strategies helps to provide clarity to an individual’s retirement plan.

Jim has over 30 years of experience helping individuals, families and businesses work toward maximizing wealth. His career includes working for large national firms, and small independent offices, delivering a daily stock market report on the radio and years of financial fitness webinars covering a wide array of financial topics. He became a member of Wealth Enhancement Group in 2023 through the First Capital Advisors Group acquisition.

Dana began her professional career as a power distribution design engineer with Eaton Corporation. After a number of years in the electrical industry, she decided to pursue a career in wealth management to allow her to serve families and individuals in a meaningful way. In her role at Wealth Enhancement Group, Dana and her team provide a full range of financial planning services, specializing in: Retirement Income, Investment Management, and Tax Planning.

Brian was raised in Rochester and came home to join Wealth Enhancement Group in 2018. During college his interest in working in the financial services industry was confirmed by interning at a Rochester Bank and at the Wealth Enhancement Group headquarters. Brian has many interests including hockey, soccer, volleyball, broomball and his Golden Retriever – Bailey.

David has had a diverse and international career, spanning education, technology, banking and wealth management. He has been involved in wealth management since 2017, with a focus on investment management for clients. David holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is a member of the CFA Colorado Society. He received a master’s in finance from IE Business School in Madrid, Spain.

Charles has over 10 years of experience in the financial planning industry. He has spent much of that time working within the medical and veterinary communities, helping MDs and DVMs to understand the fundamentals of building a well-rounded portfolio and navigate all aspects of retirement planning. He has had the privilege of speaking with VBMA chapters across the country and serves as Treasurer and a board member for the Wisconsin Veterinary Medical Foundation.

Gary joined Wealth Enhancement in 2021 through the Carroll Financial acquisition. He enjoys building relationships with clients and partnering to achieve their financial goals. In his work, he focuses on developing thorough financial plans to simplify clients lives while maximizing resources through ongoing investment strategies. Gary is a proud native of Charlotte and resides in the South Park area with his wife, Sarah, son, Jackson, and Labrador, Ridge.
