Dean brings 30-plus years of experience in the financial industry to his current position as a financial advisor with Wealth Enhancement Group. Dean and his wife, Tracey, co-founded Danison & Associates Inc., a registered investment advisory firm that provided investment advisory services for over 25 years to large pension and profit sharing plans, and wealth and financial planning services to individuals and small businesses.

Eric’s 30-year investment career has been dedicated to serving the varied needs of individuals and families whose wealth has the potential to change the essential nature of their descendants’ lives. His journey began at Merrill Lynch in 1993 as an intern who then rose through the ranks to become an inaugural member of the Managed Solutions Advisory Board. From there, he joined Morgan Stanley Wealth Management where he became a Family Wealth Director for the firm.
