Alex has an affinity for helping up and coming professionals and entrepreneurs, as well as those approaching retirement, to help identify any financial concerns and to create a strategy that brings them closer to their goals. He has authored a variety of articles on issues like income strategies, identity theft and Roth contribution and conversion strategies. Alex also serves as a board member for the Financial Planning Association of New Jersey.

Christian joined Wealth Enhancement Group in 2015 and has more than 17 years of financial services experience. Christian is passionate about the financial planning process, he enjoys creating financial plans tailored specifically to each client, providing financial education, and helping clients navigate life transitions. He resides in Woodbury, Minnesota, where he enjoys traveling, outdoor activities, and spending time with his wife Michelle, and two adult boys.

Ben has been in the financial services industry for over 20 years and has a background in investment finance, tax planning, strategic wealth management and values-based family planning. He is well educated about the topics high-net-worth individuals face and understands how to integrate family values with financial decisions. An avid outdoorsman, Ben enjoys backpacking, mountain biking and canoeing in his spare time.

Tim’s top priority as a financial advisor is to listen to his clients in order to fully understand their goals so that he can provide them with the best possible advice. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ he is committed to maintaining the highest level of integrity, competency, ethics, and professionalism for his clients. Tim works with clients throughout the United States and has a practice concentrated in the Greater Philadelphia region.

Paul began his career in the investment industry in 2005. He held previous positions with H.D. Vest Financial Services and FinTrust. In his role as a financial advisor with Wealth Enhancement, Paul works with his clients to develop sound financial plans. He takes the time to understand what is important to each client and works toward maintaining their desired lifestyle leading up to and through retirement.

Daniel Gensler is a published author, family man and an active member of the community. Dan’s business career and his list of charitable activities in San Diego county are built on his ability to combine passion with financial skill. Dan joined Wealth Enhancement Group in 2021 through The Gensler Group acquisition.

Chandler’s desire to positively impact others by helping them reach their financial goals has led down his path to becoming an Senior Vice President, Financial Advisor. Prior to this role, he served as a Portfolio Administrator at Retirement Strategies, Inc. He’s currently taking classes to obtain his Certified Financial Planner™ Professional designation. While attending University of Florida, Chandler played for two years on the Gator football team under Urban Meyer and Will Muschamp.

In 2024, Phil brought his 24+ years of financial services experience to Wealth Enhancement Group. Phil started his career in 1990 as an attorney focusing on estate, gift and income tax planning and practiced law for over a decade. In 2001, Phil launched Piermont Wealth as a fiduciary wealth management firm for high-net worth individuals and families. His background as an attorney with a master’s in taxation enhances the comprehensive financial advisory services he provides to clients. 

Michelle has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. She enjoys establishing long-term, personal relationships with her clients and their families. Her goal is to be sure their financial plan adequately addresses not only their needs and concerns but also their wishes and desires. She serves on the board of directors of the Boys & Girls Club of York County, the York County Community Foundation, and Adult Enrichment Centers.

Mark brings decades of experience in both financial services and information technology to his current role as financial advisor at Wealth Enhancement Group. He enjoys helping his clients understand how their values can shape their financial plan for retirement and estate planning strategy. He works closely with our Roundtable team of specialists to ensure that his clients’ plans are covered from all angles.
