Alex joined Wealth Enhancement Group in 2022, transitioning from an independent advisory firm in Maitland, where he was a partner. Growing up in St Augustine and Jacksonville, Alex fell in love with Central Florida after attending Stetson University in DeLand. 

Adam got his start in the financial services industry in 2008 as an intern with Wealth Management Group. Adam joined Wealth Enhancement Group in 2023. His success as a financial planner is the result of his unwavering commitment to professionalism and personal service. He is dedicated to learning about his clients’ personal goals and priorities and working with them to build a unique financial security plan that best fits their financial objectives.

Justin began his career at Selway Asset Management in 2000 as an intern and became a partner in 2012.

As a senior vice president of Wealth Enhancement Group, Scott has 40 plus years of capital market and portfolio management experience. Scott’s career in capital markets began in 1984. Prior to joining Wealth Enhancement Group in 2025 his background included fixed-income trading and management, financial derivatives and foreign exchange trading and portfolio management. Scott joined Burroughs and Hutchinson in 1997 a locally owned Investment Management firm founded by his father in 1967. Burro

Chip has worked in financial services since 1989 and brings diversified knowledge and experience to his clients at Wealth Enhancement. Chip specializes in consulting with employer-sponsored retirement plans of all types. He meets with fiduciary committees, employee groups and individuals to discuss their retirement goals. Many of Chip’s private clients come from the retirement plans he supports.

Evan believes in meaningful client-advisor relationships and has a passion for gaining a deep understanding of what is important to his clients. He has over nine years of knowledge and experience in the financial services industry, previously working at UBS as a Financial Advisor and Corporate Stock Benefit Consultant. Evan joined Wealth Enhancement group through the 2020 JOYN acquisition.

Jeff brings more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and has dedicated himself to understanding the needs and priorities of individuals and families. He focuses on providing clients with comprehensive financial advice and investment strategies designed to grow and preserve wealth. Jeff started his career as an equities trader for a small firm in New York.

His journey in the finance industry commenced with Smith Barney, where he honed his skills as a financial advisor, following the successful launch and eventual sale of a lucrative entrepreneurial venture.

With a career that spans financial services, law and international affairs, Sarah brings deep knowledge to the firm. She has been integral to shaping financial strength for individuals and families by providing comprehensive, customized financial advice and investment strategies designed to grow and preserve wealth. Sarah has worked as a wealth management advisor for more than a decade. Prior to that, she was a practicing family law attorney.

Nate is a seasoned professional with more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and leads the MACRO Team. Nate grew up at Ameriprise Financial and has always believed that a comprehensive approach can simplify a client’s life, inspire confidence and reduce stress. He attaches great importance to financial planning, the value of good advice and the importance of helping clients identify biases that may exist in their decision-making process.
